If you are using an iPad 1:
Browse to
this
page using your PC or Mac.
Click on the iPad icon and the Catalog will open as a PDF in your browser.
Click the "Save" icon to save the PDF file to your desktop.
Then email the document to an email address that you use on your iPad mail.
Open the email message in your iPad email and then open the attachment.
When the attachment has opened, there will be an "Open In.." button at the top right hand corner of your screen.
Tap this button and select iBooks from the list of options.
The file will then open in iBooks and from then on, the catalog will appear in your iBooks bookshelf in the PDF section.
You access this bookshelf by clicking on the PDF button at the top left section of the bookcase when you first go into the iBooks Library.
If you are using an iPad 2:
Browse to
this
page using Safari on your iPad.
Tap on the iPad icon and the catalog will open as a PDF in Safari.
In the upper right corner there are two icons, one "Open in iBooks" the other is "Open in..." with other options.
